OBSERVATION ABOUT SOUTH PARK:
have you ever noticed how during the ads for new south park episode,
they make you think that the episode is about something that isn't
really
the main plot of the show. Examples:
Episode 501: All the ads descibed this epsiode as being about Cartman
getting
his pubes, and they make you think the plot of the episode is that
his pubes
grow too fast. in actuality during the first 5 minutes of the episode
you
realize that cartman didn't really get his pubes. the show then
goes on and
follows the story of cartman trying to get back at scott tenorman
for tricking
him.
Episode 502: In this episode (the season premier), the ads made
you think that
the episode was about cartman saying shit. what you dont realize
is that cartman
really does say "shit" on television. the rest of the shows has
no strong plot
(actually it had a really stupid plot about the term 'curse word'
reffering really
to a curse), but rather is just funny for shock value because you
hear the characters
actually saying shit over and over again on television.
Anyways, the reason i mention these examples are just to illustrate
one of the
things that makes south park remain fresh and funny. You go into
the episode
expecting it to be about one outrageous plot which is funny. Then
you watch
the episode and its about an even more outrageous plot. This is
an ingenoious
trick to perfecting the art of comedy.
BRB, GOTTA GO EAT A KLONDIKE THING, oh man those chocolate things
are real good,
but not as good as krispy kreme donut.
ok, ate it.
